The first thing I am hit with it the tart cherries when I bring the beer up to my face. Kinda like vomit but that is very unfair. The taste is a complex mix of tart, sweet maple, and a touch of vanilla. There is the burbon base to add as well. Delightful

Fizz bomb, pleasant cherry and apple cider on the nose. First sip is somewhat sweet, excellent deep body with slight cherry and honey/maple taste. It is very smooth, barrel taste is extremely faint. Well done.

Nieuwe brewers gevonden via Beer in a Box. Alles barrel-aged. Halleluja…praise the lord ❣️

1st official Beer of the New Year. ... Happy New Year 2022 .... awesome cherry flavor upfront with hints of maple syrup... smooth finish with hints of Bourbon in the aftertaste....
