Unbelievable. I saved this for a special occasion. Today I got one of my team members promoted, which justifies a special bottle. Super chocolaty, machine oil like consistency.

Had this tucked away for years at this point. Tons of super sweet blueberries and vanilla. A bit tart and dry at the finish

Clearing the cellar. Surprisingly decent. Not really my thing, but if you like very sweet, chocolate covered blueberries, this is your beer. I could only do a 4 oz taster at best

(2018) Pleasent surprise, enjoyed this much more years later. Blueberry isn't overly sweet anymore. Jammy mixed berries, vanilla, milk chocolate, honey, with more bourbon barrel flavors.

Bärig doft. Len munkänsla. Smak av choklad, mörka bär (blåbär?) och mandel. Lagrad sedan 2016. Fin mognad. Svårt att säga om den blivit bättre.

Cellar Raid!! It has mellowed with time, but still lots of blueberry and vanilla, with a smooth bourbon finish.

This has lost about 10% of its fresh sweetness which makes it still about 25% too sweet. I’ll finish a glass. The rest is hitting the drain.

Холодное - отличный баланс стаута и лёгкой черники, бочка едва заметна(возможно из за почтенного возраста) с нагревом градиент в сторону черничного сока. Замечательно

I retesting tartness. I believe it comes from the blueberries. Definitely has a boozy quality as well

Sweet, but balanced. Definite blueberry and chocolate notes down the middle and on the nose. A good bottle from a good friend.

Age (4 yrs?) must have mellowed this... Very smooth, hints of chocolate, still some blueberry, barrel aging comes thru late.

Not sure how to explain this but this aged as well as any beer I’ve ever aged before! The blueberry upfront is great…the vanilla finish here is just outstanding!
