Love the kbs and series, but after sip 2 I lost the hazelnut and barrel aging. May need cellared a while.

Dark. Opaque. Hazelnut and chocolate nose. Complex flavor profile. Bitter chocolate. Brownie. Hazelnut. Coffee. Full body. Bitter, nutshell finish.

This is delicious, but soooooo sweet I have to sip it. Definitely a dessert beer!

Lots and lots of coffee everywhere. Tempered a taste by the burbon and chocolate and presumably the hazelnut. Not altogether unpleasant even though I am not much of a coffee fan.

Dufter af mørk chokolade, nødder og Vaffel. Lidt tynd struktur og smag. Ikke umiddelbart nogen kraftig smag men fin eftersmag af mørk chokolade, en snert kaffe og nødder.

Tastes sour to me. I think there is a hazelnut gene that makes all hazelnut flavors taste bad, similar to the Cilantro gene ... and I have it!!

The alcohol/barrel flavor is the first thing that hits, very astringent. Hackett hazelnut smooths it out on the back end, but I don't like it.

Honestly, didn’t see “hazelnut” on the label. But still better than Busch Light.

Chocolate. Coffee. Caramel. No hazelnut. Not that boozy. Lots of sugar. It’s a good beer but not my jam as far as drinkabiliy. Flavor is robust but confused. I like it but I’m not feeling super inclined to finish it.
