Light on the nose, but the chocolate notes are there. The taste is full, but the cherry that sells this brew is too subtle to really stand out. Nevertheless, this is still a great choice to enjoy. Kudos, once again, to Founders and its KBS brand.

11.6% ABV bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with coffee, chocolate, chocolate syrup, cherry, and cherry extract. It’s mildly thick and chewy with malt, dark chocolate, a great deal of roasted coffee beans, subtle bourbon, and a splash of cherry. ☕️🍒🍒
