It's very difficult to nail this type of beer imo. The cherry definitely adds cough syrup vibes and this just makes the fantastic kbs template significantly worse

This is not for me. Taste like chocolate cough medicine. Maybe the worst KBS so far.

Too much coffee for me. I know it's a coffee stout, but I expected to find some chocolate or cherry, but they were buried too far for me to find. About 5min after a sip I'd get some fudgy notes. But cherry was nowhere to be found

I was not a fan, its a bit too dark for me, but the name kind of entices you to try it.

Tastes like I wish I didn't try it. Very strong. Molasses and a weird flavor of hay? Wtf?

The chocolate cherry combo isn’t it. If it was just chocolate it would taste better. Has that bourbon barrel taste if you like that.

So this is almost not drinkable. KBS typically is a good bet, not this one. I actually can't find a flavor to discuss.

This wasn't that great the cherry kinda comes through but not like in a crazy amount. It is oaky though. Mostly the bad score is cause I don't like it. This is the first founders I've had but not the first barrel aged. They should've done better. Smh
