Breakfast stout has a quite chocolaty nose. The first thing to hit my tongue is bitter coffee and leaves a distinctively chocolaty aftertaste. Quite enjoyable.

The nose was rich coffee. Flavor was bold but smooth, definitely chocolately and creamy. Nothing bitter about it, couldn’t find the oatmeal notes though. Slightly high ABV at 8.3% made the experience one to remember.

Nice and toasty sweet. Good balance between coffee and chocolate. A little boozy with great mouthfeel

New label…same great taste, somehow I’ve never checked it in before.

Oldie but a goodie, expecially ar the price point of 10 bucks a four pack. Had to revisit. Only downgraded a bit because there are so many other brewers raising the bar.
