I get the name, but as far as lagers go, it’s just run of the mill…more precarious and unsettled than solid.

Definitely on the thin side…not very hazy. BUT, it’s not bad at all. Tasting some slightly sweet pink grapefruit juice and a some bitterness at the end. Closer to 3.8 or 3.9 for me…

Very interesting brew for sure. You get the hops and the citrus right away and then it fades quickly into that funky brett pineapple sweetness and rounds out a little tart with the wild ale addition. I don’t love it, but bonus points for creativity.

Before the craft beer boom, I used to love this beer...let’s see where we stand now...? Well, so much has changed...it’s still OK, but really nothing special...a decent session ipa with solid hop character. 🤷🏼♂️

Maple and cocoa nose, coffee, bourbon and deep rich chocolate flavors. Decadent and delicious. Very well balanced. Nailed it!
