I would have preferred it a little more sweet. Just a tinge. Definitely had some good bitter flavor. Coffee notes were a bit lacking. Overall a good beer, not a great breakfast stout

It’s called an oatmeal stout, and yet I’m a bit overwhelmed from the oatmeal. Still very good and quite strong, but I would like a bit less oatmeal. This’ll get one going! Listening to live music and having some bevs with J. Couldn’t ask for much more!

2016 vintage. Coffee nearly all gone now but lots of slightly bitter roasty cocoa in the nose & profile.

This is it. When you think of a stout this is what you think of. Give me 1 drop more of chocolate and it’s a 5. Basically perfection.

Een stout op kamertemperatuur. Git zwart bier. Lekkere tonen van espressokoffie en chocola. Lekker voor bij het ontbijt
