Thick head with copper-colored body. A classic style of IPA. Not just that. It's a good single-hoped IPA! Centennial hop at its finest. Pine, citrus, resin aroma and flavor. Tastes a bit sweet to bitter aftertaste. Roasty, caramel aftertaste. Dry finish

Giving this another try,in view of it being one of the more enticing bombers displayed,and my continued animus at its southerly neighbor selling out to a🇦🇺conglomerate.Mature,almost desiccated,malt dominates,so I checked the date to see 16½ months old🙄
