Haven’t had this since 2018 and either my taste buds have changed or the recipe has changed because I find it quite delicious now. Hoppy, malty and a wonderful citrus floral bouquet in this dry hopped IPA.

Mucho cuerpo. Sabores maltosos, citricos, algo de naranja. El amargor es potente, intenso y la sensacion alcoholica muy agradable. Es una IPA sobria, notable.

I have not had this beer in a long time. After the initial pour, I felt like I was getting a citrus aroma very close to limes. It moderated somewhat to just a citrus aroma. Nice malt backbone,notes of caramel. Assertive hops, with piney notes.

Clear amber-orange with fluffy off-white head & outstanding lacing. Floral pine-resin nose & taste; add grapefruit-rind flavor. It’s hop-forward with a solid malt backbone. It finishes dry.

Smooth and soft brew. Clear amber color. Approachable level hoppy bitterness without being overly citrusy.
