Klasse IPA. Mooi zacht bloemig, fruitig in het begin en later een mooi dorstlessende bitter die opkomt.

West Coast, Old School, une IPA à l'ancienne sur une grosse base maltée avec une finale bien résineuse et sans concession sur l'amertume.

Drinking this beer is a welcome throwback to what started to like in strong american styled ipa's where the malt plays a bigger role making it more caramel sweet full bodied with the more bitter hops joins in making up the balance nicely.

En echt fruitig, moutig en hoppig bittere Ale zoals het eigenlijk is bedoeld, zonder fancy smaakjes. Dit karakter zie je idem terug in het donker amberkleurig. 🍻
