I find the base Rubaeus a tad sweet, but this Rum barrel variant brings it down a notch.

I'd rather have this than regular rubaeus because it's somehow less sweet? But still like a summery cocktail. #cellarraid2023

Nose has light but noticeable rum smell along with big raspberry notes. Flavor has the rum notes that I think helps cut the usual overwhelming sweetness of traditional Rubaeus and adds some flavor too.

You get the rum notes. Very sweet. 4oz pour would be great.
