The chocolate and cherry add a nice sweetness to the straight KBS. A sipper for sure but good

Bottled on 12/6/22. Bourbon is still pretty Hot. The Chocolate and Cherry were overpowered by the Bourbon. Got a little better once it warmed. But , I am not going to under score it due to it being "Fresh". Just might need to Celler a bit. So FYI!

True to its name. Chocolate, cherries, coffee. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Lots of dark chocolate. Too bitter on the front and finish. Sweeter than expected but not overly sweet. Not really picking up any cherry flavors. Decent, but not one I’d buy again.

For last call beer this 11.6 percent beer was not my idea. Most of u know who to blame. But I did need more cherry

Always wary of these adjuncts as IME they usually do not improve the brew, which is the case here. Relatively light touch with the adjuncts here but they still make their presence known. Still enjoyable but due to the base beer and in spite of the rest.

Aroma is cereals, chocolate, coffee, tastes of chocolate covered cherries, dark chocolate, smooth roast, bourbon has really toned down in this one, mellowed out nicely but thinning and frankly a bit underwhelming and not as robust, two yrs is too long?

Chocolate forward with a light tangy 🍒 finish. Doesn’t come off as very boozy on the palette.

A lot of chocolate, a bit of cherry. A bit of bourbon. Nick brought a few over. Not my favorite KBS, but definitely a good beer.
