Trying something new this evening. Nice flavor for a scotch ale. Has some sweet notes to it as well. Overall pretty good beer!

I always want to like this one a *little* more than I actually do. I think I imagine it barrel aged or something and then am disappointed when it is just a straightforward forward Scotch Ale. 📖 “Utopia Avenue” - David Mitchell

This was a wee bit heavy 😆 but it was great. Phenomenal flavor, warming in the chest, and left a beautiful lacing on the glass. A real nice ruby color and smells very malty

I feel like a dirty bastard after working the fish fry, but this brew makes me feel like a squeaky clean virgin. Nice oak barrel flavor with a very smooth drinkability. Its so good I may have another.
