“That’s like the worst scotch ale there is”…according to a certain Montanan. I disagree. It’s good, but I don’t have the repertoire of scotch ales under my belt. Who cares? Beer is beer. Yes, a definite scotch-y taste, Wears the taste on its sleeve.

Nog bij de Jumbo op Texel voor een prikkie opgepikt. Ik hou van deze stijl en ben er prima content mee.

Moutig, hoppig, ietwat rokerig, maar vooral turf. Geur neigt wat meer naar karamel en chocolade, maar dit is niet terug te vinden in de smaak. Beetje dun. Verder wel oké.
