Sweet hinr of peat better than I remember. Been a long time

Malty and rich come through strongly at the start, but I don’t get any smokiness or peatiness, which would be a lovely addition. Very sweet.

A bit high in alcohol for me, but complex prune, cranberry and roasted caramel. Malty, but substantial hop bite belies the style. Tasty but best at Christmas

Solid second choice to Breakfast Stout, yet still tasteful. Works best with a lighter meal.
