Sweet finish. Great maple finish. Balanced chocolate and coffee flavors to go with maple. Not overly boozey for 11+%

Alot going on with this. Smoke, maybe light chocolate, slight heavy and strong. It's good.

Wow, what a rich and wonderful beer. Thick chocolate and coffee dominate.

3 years in the cellar has tamped down the sweetness a good bit. Unfortunately the coffee notes are almost gone. 1-2 years was probably perfect.

Strong taste of cardamon? Ginger? Licorice? Can't quite tell, but do enjoy.
