Pleasantly smooth with a great balance between sweet and bitter. Seems to have a little different flavor with every sip. Very nice social scotch ale. Not my favorite, but one of the better ones. Well done Founders, nice easy drinker. Goes great with mead.

One of my favorite scotch ales at one of my favorite breweries.

Perfect beer to wash away the frustrations of troubleshooting terribly written APIs and spaghetti code. Tasty + higher ABV = good combo

Not keen on the generic new label (almost missed it on the shelf), but still a very fine ale.

Very nice and malty scotch ale. I haven’t had this one in a long time. Day 6 of my beer exchange with friends

Not a big malty or red ale fan. But this one shocked me. Way above my expectations. It’s exceptional for this genre. Malts are darker, has some hoppy bite, and a uniqueness. Not sure what it is exactly. It states smokiness, but I’m not convinced that’s it
