More of a whisky than bourbon drinker, but damn I’ll drink this. Coming out of a year aged in bourbon barrels gives this cracker of a brew some serious kick. Strong notes of chocolate, some vanilla and coffee. A very balanced beer for 12%, and worth the $

Paired with Coolhaus cookies and cream. Dessert for dinner because it's sweet watching the Lakers pass the Celtics in championships.

So smooth is scary. Not even that heavy for this style and so tasty.

That’s a wet barrel 💦 A huge whack of Kahlúa as soon as you open the bottle, this mellows into Dark Chocolate and Espresso Coffee. On the Palate it’s a thick blended of Roasted Espresso and Vanilla Bourbon. The Bitter Finish cuts the extra sweetness 😎

Solid stout, very well rounded and smooth. Great flavour profile but could do with a touch more excitement
