I am surprised I haven’t checked this in before… good heavy, but not the best from Founders.

Smell from the bottle was mild and included coffee, cocoa and sweet wood. The taste has the bitterness of coffee and dark chocolate with a bit of sweetness and a charred wood flavor that lingers on the tongue.

Kokos, kaffesjoko. Kremete, bra balanse. Litt heit, søtlig, men pen tross alt. Vellaget og rein, men for spesielt interesserte. Frokosten sin.

I’m not normally a stout guy but this is very smooth and the massive chalice is pretty awesome too.

LCI: Whisky notes have faded somewhat to leave it more roasty and less sweet, decently rich still though

BS затмил таки KBS. Аромат в KBS, канеш, пушка! Со здоровенным таким лепком чернозёма средней американской полосы. А вот послевкусие неожиданно короткое, обрывает на самом интересном, в воду и в алкаху. Почувствуй себя redneck'ом! 🍻

Bitter and roasty. Has some boozey heat in the end. Tasty. Could be slightly better. Not quite perfect. Still deliciously yummy.

A great, sweet, and a bit boozy stout. Cinnamon, chocolate and espresso. Oily mouthfeel

Блин, ну не знаю, какой—то слишком классИк. Пахнет деревом(!). Спиртяжка в аромате. Горький как моя жизнь. Однако 200 тыс ооценок в тапке и средний 4.4. Сдурели вы там совсем что ли?
