Nice barrel aged stout. Not as strong as I expected in either flavor or alcoholic taste. Fairly potent, but still quite drinkable. All around very enjoyable stout

Eh, I'll check in the undated check-in here. 2021 batch. At 3 months, i thought way too much coffee. At 10 months more balanced and drinkable.

Very similar to a Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. May be the best of its category.

Balanced in respect to what it is. Not too much coffee, chocolate, or booziness. But it’s still heavy and not a beer for the casual beer drinker.
