Stellar and bold just as it should be apparently. Has a lot of smooth roastiness and chocolate notes. Will be coming back to this if I ever want a stout with the strength of wine.

Zeer weloverwogen smaakprofiel. Je kan niet missen....maar .....ze hebben hun best gedaan....maar ik ben niet zo van de barrel aged port vaten stout. Misschien mijn manco van hoe een goede stout hoort te proeven....

Bottled some homemade lemon and pear cello tonight. Felt like a celebratory stout and this is fantastic.

A little too sweet for my preference, but I get the appeal. I had the regular breakfast stout earlier in the week and a few days apart I could not really tell a difference.
