Wanted to compare it to my home brew clone. This had more of the boozy barrel aged flavor. Mine had more earthy black coffee flavor.

A bottle from 2017 (found in the 2.5 miles of stone cellar under my house). Still awesome and still “good for everything a flavored stout should be good for.”

2019 edition that I’ve held onto for awhile. Really what got me into the goose island bourbon county stout verticals as well. Solid pour as we enter fall!

Geen breakfast stout, maar een dessert stout. Smaakt naar tiramisu, niet wat ik verwacht had. Naar mijn smaak nog steeds te zoet. Maar ja dat zijn vaak pastry stouts voor mij

If you look hard, you can see the unicorn. Bottled 8.15.22 I’ll be putting one of these away for further research in a few years.
