Dark color. Roasty coffee scent. Full body with some nice creaminess. Vanilla, chocolate, and oak flavors over a roasty stout base. Very smooth finish with more vanilla at the end. Even better on draft.

Great imperial stout, rich chocolate and coffee flavors. Smooth compared to other imperials. Amazing!

First intro to Founders Stouts and it was breathtaking. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon..... sweet.... so good. I’m trying everything Founders that’s dark now.

Don’t love this. Kind of harsh in the heavy roast and booziness. Many better barrel aged stouts.

Chocolate and booze on the nose. Malt and coffee in the background. That "barrel aged" smell is prevalent but really pretty well balanced. It's full bodied and just a tiny bit viscous, but not at all syrupy. Just right for washing around your mouth
