Special beer for a special occasion (passing my exam counts!) Lives up to the hype. Huge bourbon and roasty flavors. Fantastic

Pours a dark brown color. Very smooth and has a strong bourbon backbone with a dark chocolate, coffee finish. Overall a tasty beer.

Dark, rich with notes of chocolate and coffee. Thick mouthfeel. But there's a sour of soy sauce taste.

9/16/20 Bottling: Prune, cacao, saturated oak nose w/ hint of choc açaí berry. Dark chocolate and coffee ground mid to astringent dark roast finish with syrupy caramel malt. Well balanced base with subtle coffee and barrel addition
