The bourbon barrels give it extra character. Very good, thick and velvety.

Intense shit. Koffie, pure chocola, salmiak. Oak barrel aged. Wel heftig en zwaar. Hoe scoor je een bier dat goed smaakt, maar waar je na drie dikke slokken wel genoeg van hebt?

2019 edition that I’ve held onto for awhile. Really what got me into the goose island bourbon county stout verticals as well. Solid pour as we enter fall!

Mainly Chocolate and roasty notes. Barrel presence is pretty mild. Some bitterness.not too sweet. Little bit of licorice as it warms up
