The OG is still second behind Maple Mackinaw Fudge for me…a great breakfast beer and reasonably priced…thank you Founders.

Bottled on 10/22/20. Oh my! It doesn’t get much better than this. All the flavors listed on the label, but somehow much better than described.

KBS has been a regular in my stout rotation for years. Such a great blend of coffee and bourbon flavors. Perfect head/lacing, which I’ve found is a characteristic common to almost all Founders brews. One of the best representations of the BBA stout style.

Про него можно сказать, что это просто хорошо и вкусно, в нем нет ничего лишнего, то есть это так, как должно быть, когда ты хочешь выпить бокал имперца без всяких попсовых плюшек в виде мяты, малины или кокоса, например!И я получила от него удовольствие.

Age for almost 3 years in the bottle 2019 release. The bourbon profile is awesome. Not just a bourbon barrel, a higher-end bourbon barrel at that.

Phenomenal stout. It masks its ABV nicely with the Bourbon flavor; coffee and chocolate notes as well.

Wow! Rich dark chocolate (think 90% cacao) and coffee delivered with a creamy mouthfeel and a long finish. As it warms up, the bourbon barrel character emerges, giving it a nice warming touch with a hint of oak, vanilla and spice.
