Aged 9 months. Vanilla is barely noticeable, leaving room for the cognac and bourbon notes. Also very oaky and booze heavy.

Aged 6 months. Huge coffee and barley roast nose. Flavor is more bitter coffee forward with a slight bourbon sweet in it that makes it more balanced. Cognac flavor is right at the end in the aftertaste.

Delicious double barrel aged stout! Smooth and roasty with notes of coffee, vanilla and dark bitter chocolate. Both the bourbon and cognac show up nicely and tie everything together.

Mug club early access beer! Nose is layered with bourbon, barrel, and subtle coffee and vanilla. Flavor is balanced barley and coffee roast, slight vanilla sweet, subtle bourbon, with a cognac booze warming aftertaste.
