Excellent BBA Stout! Not overly complex but the notes of coffee, licorice and barrel char are nice, the bourbon presence is very strong.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) 2024 Ⓜ️

Solid BBA Stout! Bottled on 1/09/24 with notes of chocolate, coffee and a very minimal bourbon presence. It’s more bitter than I remember and way less bourbon/barrel taste.

Really tasty Barleywine after a stint in my cellar. Sweet sticky caramel and brown sugar up front followed by a substantial bitterness on the finish! It has rounded out nicely, can’t wait to see what another year does to the rest.

It’s a solid Belgian Tripel! Very sweet, bubble gum, banana, clove!

PFG, KBS variant! Rich coffee, chocolate, & hazelnut! Bourbon is pretty subdued but the stout is tasty for sure!

It’s very boozy! I know it’s supposed to be, it’s 17.2% abv! The stout comes off a little thin but it’s flavorful AF! Figs, dates, dark cherries, caramel & an enormous barrel presence! It’s a sipper and I’m glad I split it with my wife!
