Solid variant of KBS! I get the flavors in this order: coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla on the finish! I can smell a faint hint of bourbon but cannot taste it.

It’s a nice solid crushable session red IPA! I don’t know if I’d buy a 15 pack but I wouldn’t turn it down if it was offered to me!

PFG! It’s leaning on the “a little too sweet side” for me. A little more tartness would give this better balance IMO!

PFG! Sweet fruity, some salinity and a nice warming in the throat and chest from the tequila! I still prefer the original lime variant which most resembles a true margarita IMO!

This was delicious last time I had it back in August 2020, it has morphed into an amazing BA fruit beer now! It’s like a Raspberry Jolly Rancher soaked in a glass of tequila now. SFG!

I like this espresso variant better than the original KBS now. I love how strong the coffee flavor is, I just wish the bourbon was bumped up a little more.

2016’s are really tasty right now! Super fudgy and the roasted bitterness has died off quite a bit. It’s a completely different beer at 4+ years old in a good way for me at least. Thanks for the bottle Steve B.

50/50 Cuvée with Wolverine Bourbon Barrel Chocolate Barista and it makes both better! I’m surprised how delicious this mix was.

If a stout can be refreshing? then this is the one. Light bodied somewhat effervescent mild chocolate and raspberry. It’s almost crushable... thanks Eric G.

Late check in (2017 Vintage) This was past its prime. Not terrible by any means but not great either. I know it gets a lot of flack but I like sweet stouts and use to really enjoy it.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Ⓜ️
Bottled 8 days ago and the coffee is super fresh tasting. I get huge green peppercorn/green pepper skin on the nose. Taste is sweet caramel coffee and bourbon. Delicious now fresh! Thanks Eric G.

It’s held up quite nicely with some age. Not my favorite style by any means but it is a solid crusher on a hot day.

It hasn’t rained in like two months but now I’m on vacation it’s a downpour in SE Michigan. Wtf? This seemed like a good choice considering the weather. It’s delicious! New batch coming in September, just in time cuz this is my last bottle.
