Thick & creamy head that lasts. A thin layer of head remains from pour to finish. Nose-wise I'm getting imperial. Taste-wise, a bit of imperial, roasted coffee, sweetness, creamy mouthfeel. This is what a porter should be, a light-feeling/tasting stout.

Repeat... just another solid beer out of Founder's. I like the roasted coffee notes... heavier body than a lot of Porters, and she leans sweet. Personally, I don't pick up the Graham crackers...

Tostado equilibrado entre amargo e doce, con sabor moi malteado con certa persistencia, tostado, hacia tonos case de madeira.
