Dark and rich and chocolaty with a hint of malt. Just enough hoppy bitterness so that it doesn’t feel like you are drinking a chocolate malt instead of a beer. Satiating!

Late check in from yesterday's great trip to NYC. Dessert was chocolate and strawberry eclairs. My buddy head chef Paul Dibari gave me a great tasting from his menu. Get down here and enjoy the food and service.

A really great beer! Smooth, coffee, chocolate, some bitter malt - it’s got something for everyone. Not overly heavy, or creamy. I will say with food, the coffee really moves forward. An easy drinking beer I could enjoy almost every day.

Very good porter: creamy, moderate head, robust roast flavor without being bitter; slight hop, malty without being sweet.
