A little more bitter than most porters. There is a smoothness under the hops - but too much hops.

I long for the season of cold weather and the limited edition Stouts and Porters. The Founders Porter is very good, but why not an Imperial? It’s unfortunate to have to compare with Expedition Stout, Blackout Stout, and other seasonals.

A 2015 bottle of porter thats better than most stouts. Easily one of my benchmark porters

Bier is tegen het zwarte aan. Geroosterde geur is het eerste wat ik ruik. Dan de chocolade. In de smaak komt cacao, chocolade en ver weg iets van koffie terug. Erg lekkere porter, zeker ook gezien de prijs.
