Ending the evening with a dessert beer. Coffee forward, slightly temepered by the oats. A good way to end an excellent opening night.

This is a tough one to rate. The flavors are all very good, but none of them really stand out above the others. The chocolate is dark. The spice is less than expected for being called “spicy”, but still present. I wanted more, but I’m not unhappy.

Took a chance on the grapefruit. Thankfully it wasn’t exactly like a grapefruit, cuz that would’ve sucked. It’s a good hazy with a solid grapefruit tinge, but not the grapefruit bitterness.
