Late check in from yesterday's great trip to NYC. Dessert was chocolate and strawberry eclairs. My buddy head chef Paul Dibari gave me a great tasting from his menu. Get down here and enjoy the food and service.

Aged well 2021 bottle! Picking up more coffee notes to the nose as well to the palate with a soft creamy finish!🍻🤙🏽

Another mid-afternoon thunderstorm in Florida. It’s not my favorite go-to porter (Georgetown’s “9lb”), but this one does the trick.
