Faded a tad. Lots of licorice, coffee, slightly burned caramel, loads of bourbon, quite boozy nowadays, not as balanced and smooth, oxidation has also started to take its toll.

Fantastic flavor and scent. Like it just came out of a barrel. A definite must try if you like strong flavors

DecAnt! Wonderfully devoloped charred scotchiness. Frothy/pruney mid temps warm to unyieldingly smoky, boozy full body flavor, somewhat less entertaining but plentily palatable. Close to 4 but props for consistently well executed barrel aging en masse.

Rosiner, kaffe, tre, lær og kandissukker eller den belgiske søtheten. God fatpreg. Tørr og ikke søt, gode "mørke" smaker. Har rar en gjørmete ettersmak som trekker ned

Front forward malty, smoky flavor. Smooth tasting, finishes with a hint of bourbon. Recommend!

Amazingly sweet, boozy, whiskey barrel aroma! Lots of flavor! Thick, boozy malt with some smoky (almost peaty) notes.😋 Finishes a little bitter, but still with some lingering malty bourbon.

A very strong and bold body to this sweet malt. I may be moving off IPAs now as a result of Founders 😂
