Dreaming of the Void Jørgensen

My Honningkage Is Bigger Than Yours BA Cognac Jørgensen

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey Jørgensen

BB 01/08/20 though stillnquite feisty. Dark and roasty with a deep umami note. A bit of coffee a little sugar rush, quite smooth with a little bitterness, quite nice.

Solid... Lervig bbf '28, so must be a '18. Huge coffee roast with a solid sweetness kicking in. Fine roasty notes and a subdued fruity depth.
Smooth milkiness, sweet chocolate, a nce balancing and dry roastyness, a fine and smooth balanced stout with a great depth. It has aged beautifully. It has been drunk with Boltthrower blasting in the background!

Rigtig dejlig balance.

Robust porter, dry with a good roasty kick, dark dark coffee, drying notes from the cinnamon, quite classic porter despite the adjuncts. I like it!

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Passion Orange / Chardonnay Barrel Aged Jørgensen
Subtle sourness, quite fruity and deep, tart and dry, interesting and well tasting. The bA does the beer good.

3x Yeastus: To Øl Instant Crush Brett Edition Jørgensen
Dry and soapy, though a thick and quite sweet body, which throws the saison part a bit off.

Brokilde Yeaster Bunny Jørgensen
Pleasant little herbal bite, a little grassyness, fine lingering hops, fine yeasty character, not so much fuzz.

Fine and bitter haze. Citrus, unripe pineapple, melon, unripe mango, fresh and juicy, thirst quenching AF and so nicely resinous and bitter!

Still a banger, smooth, fruity and a little bitter punch. Remember it more lively, though it's been quite some time since I last had it.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Jørgensen
Smooth coffee, a wee Bourbon kick, really balanced now, and still with a healthy coffee kick, impressive, and a wee burning liquer. This has aged gracefully!

Barrel Aged King Ink Jørgensen
A good deal more punch than King Ink, the sweetness has dried up due tonthe barrels, thats quite nice. A nice umami game, a little boozy, though kept in check. A nice slap of darkness and power!

Light with an elegant touch of smoke, fine maltyness and a little edgy!

Barrel Aged Good Morning, Vietnam (2021) Jørgensen
Well, normally a good stout, and the last time I had it BA it was a banger, though this is lacking BA character and punch.

4.35. Classic British BW, weighted toffee malty body, a fine sweetness mellowed out by English licorice, powerful yet smooth, and quite complex.

Dangerously Close To Stupid Amount of Banana Jørgensen
Bols blue curacao, banana candy, fine balanced malt body, way better now than when released. Balanced and easy going, if you get along with the artificial banana.

12" Winale Remastered Jørgensen
As its written, the most balanced which turns out quite bland and watery. Not much acid, just a grainy sweet malt base, a tad ripe Amalfi lemon, not much structure nor edge.
Not as devloped as the 'A-side' much more fresh and alive, the same sweeetish backbone and lemony tartness, there is a flintyness to it, and a good sour bite, soem abricot and a tad nuttyness.
I guess age has taken a little toll, though in no bad way. A quite Sherry vinosity dominates together with a tart light fruitness, fine sweet lemon notes, a little grape presence and a nice dry finish. Fine balance.

Classic schwarzbeer bread and coffee though with an edge, it's quite nive, could be an amazing malty summer thirst quencher!
Mellow, muted stonefruits, light texture, quite smooth, juicy and cruchable though.

Am i unlucky with fresh ipas these days? A cheesy nose and buttery in the taste. Underneath there's citrus, ripe pineapple, a pungent piney bitterness (which Inlile), a menthol afterburn... though the hints of diacetyl haunts...
Old new school or new old school West Coast malty sweet body and a beginning piney bitterness, yet very juicy a slap of onion and citrus and berry forward. Lacking direction and balance, though that said easy drinking and well tasting!

Yule Mælk Bourbon Barrel Aged (2019) Jørgensen
Very sweeet, much more nauseating lactose sweetness and burned vanilla, than stoutbase, the lactose does also burn more, than the Bourbon cask's interaction with its warning goodness. Out of balance!

Quite fine when getting some air in the glass. Earthy, fine sourness, abricotty flavours, passionfruits fragrances, fine balance, a little vinegar. I think this is vintage 2016.
Quite complex it has aged well. Deep blackberry notes, great subdued acid from the berries, blackcurrant leaves, a fine lactic note, very little fine funk and very balanced in the end. One of the better in this series.

Chocolate milk with a little roastyness and a wee caramelly sweet bourbon feel, though quite bland and mellow. Feels much thiner than a 11%er.

Almonds, dried apricots, dried orange zest, caramel, heather honey, a tad too sweet and off the chart boozy and off balance to be really good.

Fine fine fruity and sour balance. Still very lactic and a good dose of oak, bittersweet citrusy with a lot of grapefruit. It still hasn't thrown away its youthful rebellion.
