A fine beer for a cold day. As with most Founder's beers I find myself wishing for a little more body. It has strong flavors but the mouth-feel is a little thin. I'd happily have it again but probably wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Unintentionally refrigerator aged for about 19 months and it has handled it well. Smooth, strong and boozy as ever and still my second favorite Founders brew.

Розлив февраль 2019го. Выдержанная бутылка. В аромате квашеная капуста, бурбон, карамель и жженка. Во вкусе жженая карамель, тёмный солод. Хочется смаковать. Великолепная срань.

Heb wel eens betere barrel aged bieren gehad. Iets aan de waterige kant voor 11%. Wel fijne hint van de bourbon, maar verder wat eenzijdig.
