Very gingery and vegetable-y.. lots of celery notes . Strong beer but tastes healthy 😅

Is it a beer? Is it a cocktail? Really………….ice? At first glance it’s easy to judge- we all know this drink is going through a bit of an identity crisis. But so am i. Heck, aren’t we all? Delicious, gingery, & spicyyyyy! I loved this one

Unexpectedly awesome beer from Founders Brewery — tons of lingering ginger flavor — might bump this one up to a full five stars if I had more time to drink more than a flight sample….

Kim thinks this should be served in a mule glass to make the drink pop. It’s pretty spicy and not sweet like a mule should be.
