Un bon SMASH, tout en équilibre, le malt entoure le houblon, une certaine rondeur en bouche, amertume légère, notes de fruits à noyaux (dominante abricot). Classique maîtrisé et efficace.

Pours a light golden clear color with a nice head that disappears quickly. Aroma is of that slightly dank mosaic flavor that I’ve come to know and love. A medium malty body balances well with the hoppy mosaic flavor. Notes of pine and citrus. A great beer

Dry hopped with mosaic. Tastes like a stringer ipa than the 5.5 ABV. Good pine and grapefruit notes.
