Maybe a hint of blueberries in pour with coffee and bourbon. Incredibly smooth. For me, first flavor on first sip was wonderful chocolate, then sweetness, blueberries in close. Lingering sweetness, just a touch of blueberries and coffee in finish.

Subtle and light for a BA stout. Nose is roasty, blueberry up front. Perhaps a hint of barrel too. Balance is good and yet I'd hoped for more of the barrel

Had this fresh last July and remember the blueberry being a little too tart. A year later and the blueberry tartness has mellowed out some and makes for a more balanced flavor profile. Better balance of blueberry and chocolate flavor. Still lacks barrel.

New KBS! Aroma is coffee and oak with a hint blueberry. Cold: flavor is medicinal blueberry and overpowers other flavors of KBS. Aftertaste improves with more natural blueberry and coffee/chocolate. Warm: flavors become more balanced and less medicinal.
