KBS Blueberry

Hmm, that’s a lot of blueberry. It’s cloying. Not loving this. It’s still got a lot of what makes KBS great, but it’s just overwhelming blueberry syrup.

KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023)

I love me some Mexican chocolate. Spicy and chocolatey. Creamy!

Crimson Cru

A little weird. It’s a red ale, malty with a little spice. Has an odd note, I presume from the sumac.

Blue Hen

That’s a decent Pilsner. Nothing crazy, crushable.

The Perfect Pairing Pale Ale

Strong citrus nose. Will it perfectly pair with pizza? I think so!

60 Minute IPA

This is better than I remember. Sweet with a floral hop bite.

Relatively sweet. Good concert beer.

Wake Up World Wide Stout

Caramel coffee. Wowza, that packs a punch! I get just a hint of the cinnamon.

KBS

Still great. Malty and oaty. No doubt it’s “the” breakfast stout.

Chocolate Cherry KBS

Cheeerrrryyyyy!!! On the nose and with the first sip. And it’s a rich chocolatey cherry. There’s something a little weird about it that prevents it from being great, but it’s pretty good.

Wake Up World Wide Stout

Strongest note is the maple syrup. The coffee is there and there’s an underlying dryness that balances against the super booziness of WWS.

Nordic Spring

More pine than juniper. A lot of DFH seems to be similar these days.

Sweet Repute

How’s that for a glass?!? Pretentious Glass Co. a different kind of maple nose. Flavor is maple syrup in a beer. A hint of vanilla from the bourbon barrel. A dryness in the back of the mouth but quite sweet. It’s a smokey sweet though.

French Toast Bastard

Maple syrup booze! French toast is right!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Fudgy. Sweet and smooth. Just a hint of roast. A little boozy but not over the top.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

21 is still great! Boozy, roasty, caramel. Slow sipper.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Barrel wood right up front. Vanilla, orange, cherry. Heavy honey flavor. Very sweet.

Founders Bottle Shop Belgian Twist

Everything about the description comes through in the taste. Belgian and agave nectar. Rather sweet.

KBS Hazelnut

Hazelnut and roasted coffee. Strong. I’m not as much of a fan of the intense roasted mouth feel.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Lime

Mild. One of the better seltzer’s.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Grapefruit

So it’s not really a beer. Lacking punch. Quite drinkable but it’s really just seltzer water.

Velvet Rush

Reminds me of a Mexican hot chocolate. Very creamy. Nothing’s overpowering but it still packs a punch.

120 Minute IPA

Liquid gold. Sharp without being overly bitter. But also all kinds of resin. I need to move to Rehoboth.

Crazy fudge! Like a roasted fudgy hot chocolate. Except cold.
