The legendary CBS returns! CBS is a bold imperial stout featuring chocolate and coffee that has aged in bourbon barrels with maple syrup. Times have changed. A few years ago this was one of my top 3 beers, now it tastes harsh (ash-like?). Perhaps it is the over roasted coffee? Would like Founders to reformulate to make it smoother if they bring it back.
