Huge fan of regular FBS. This adds a good flavor, so no complaints, but it was frankly underwhelming for what I expect of a FBS derivative.

Very impressive beer, founders does it again, tons of great flavors, very strong beer. I see it's listed as out of production, I hope it comes back or another one is made

Thought this would be too much, but it’s so well balanced - a bit maple sweetness with just the right amount of chocolate and coffee notes and an alcoholic kick in the finish.

Saved this bottle four years. Jet black oily pour, huge creamy thick mouthfeel. Rich sweet nose then all about the palate. Warm, toasty, heady, sweet. Alcohol evaporates and fills your head. Aftertaste is rich and sweet and bitter and warm. A1 👏👏👏

Enjoying the smaller bottle size. A couple years ago I was amazed with this BA beer. The excitement has dulled but this beer remains solid. A testament to the quality goodness that has probably brought more people into this rabbit hole of craft beer.

Drinking this rich stout while watching it snow again out the back door. Notes of coffee, chocolate, maple and some bourbon vanilla.
