12/17/20 1:00AM blizzard out there. Great time for a CBS! I’ve done my finest drinking during snowstorms. Enjoyed this outside while making a snowman. Elite beer. 11.3% ABV. 2019 release is the last of it.

Subtiele smaak van de vaten waarin het gerijpt is, hints van maple syrup, koffie, chocolade, en dat alles blend geweldig en gaat veel te vlot binnen, en blijft erna heerlijk lang hangen op de tong. Knap werk!

Rating again since it has been a while. Most recently I had one bottled Sept '19 and it aged very well. Not too boozy, just a nice flavor and really didn't find it sweet. Still like KBS better but this is very good. Slainte!!

I’m so surprised by how much I love this beer. Great balance of sweetness with an awesome amount of barrel and Maple. Obviously brewed last year before the discontinuation. Coffee on the finish. Wow! Who knew mass produced stouts could slap this hard
