Much better than the avg ratings would suggest. Mild tartness from the cranberries without the normal sourness of a 'sour' style beer.

Very cranberry. You get the bourbon barrel. Citrus at the end. Great!

This warm belg style ale holds true to its name. A tart cranberry flavor with spices and orange Anne it as though you’ve chanced upon fermented cranberry sauce from thanksgiving! A fun easy drink

This is a very festive beer. I normally don’t have fruited beers in my profile, but this is something that I could drink with a Christmas Eve meal and really enjoy it. The cranberry lingers a little too long on the finish

Thanks to my buddy Krog for finding this beer. In the spirit of Frootwood and Highball Drifter before it, this is a superb fruit beer from Founders. Since I lean to sweet over tart, the tartness of the cranberry keeps me from giving it a 5.

Good way to kick off Christmas vacation. Tart cranberry and orange, subtle cherry. Would like a bit more barrel to balance things out but otherwise not too shabby.

I love cranberry. The fruit mix is not shy here, and the cranberry is the best part. It's still an ale on the backend, but marvelously berry-ful all the way through.

Pours burnt mahogany in color with a generous head and fruity bouquet. Strong, sharp start leads to a tart, cranberry /cherry body. Finishes sharp and juicy with lingering booziness from BBA. Somewhat like a spiked fruitcake in a glass. Good stuff!

First sip was not good and I almost put it down. But being the dedicated beer drinker I am, I took a few more sips and actually enjoyed it. Doesn’t really taste like a beer, kinda like a cocktail in a bottle.

For some reason I feel love with this one before I even freed it from the incarcerating grip of its bottle cap. Didn’t taste at all like an ale to me-the bourbon notes are front and center. Like a whiskey cranberry cocktail with a cherry on top.

This is wonderful. It tastes just like a traditional holiday punch. I really enjoyed this.
