It's a liquid dessert! Maple is stronger than in maple Mackinac fudge. I had a 2017 release a couple of years ago, but the maple flavor had dulled over time. Maybe slightly too sweet for my liking, but still great.

Incredibly drinkable for being so fresh and at almost 12%. Big coffee, maple, and fudge notes with some toasted coconut on the back of the tongue. Simply delish.

Frothy head with foam and lacing in my collectible 2018 KBS glass. Maple and chocolate nose with upper notes of roasted coffee. And the flavor! Assertive vanilla blended with the bourbon barrel. It finishes smooth and thick.

If you don't like this beer you're 10-ply bud. Sweet, roasty, and pleasantly boozy. I feel like this is just as good if not a little better than previous releases but maybe it's just fresher. Quite tasty and glad to see this one in stores again.
