It has a sweet, malty hoppiness with dark fruit notes. There’s a little bit of a burn at the end, but I don’t mind.

Bottled on 10 16 23. The taste is boozy vanilla. There's some barrel char on the back end. The bourbon flavor is pronounced.

Frothy head with foam and lacing in my collectible 2018 KBS glass. Maple and chocolate nose with upper notes of roasted coffee. And the flavor! Assertive vanilla blended with the bourbon barrel. It finishes smooth and thick.

Such a sweet mango scent, such a sweet mango taste. There’s a little chili heat to the throat. It complements, balances so all is not sweetness. Contrast counts.

On reflection, there’s a redeeming robust roundness to this Belgian tripel. The blue agave nectar heightens the clove and banana fruitness. An enjoyable 10 percenter.

Creamy mouthfeel but the stout could be more firm. Graham cracker taste but with a drink-by date of Mar 2022, I’m wondering if this single is past its prime. Soda pop finish.

Bottled 10.09.20. Pours a thick, honeycombed beige tan head wth an aroma of char. Flavor is vanilla char, cocoa (nibs) and oak. The smooth medium-thick mouthfeel belies the 12% ABV until ... 😊

Pours a slow-to-dissipate head with a foamy surface per sip. Lacing clings swirl-shaped. Wee heavy taste with barrel-aged chocolate tongue and cookie texture in the medium-thick mouthfeel. Good 05/13/21 batch. I was lucky.

What a nose. Maple/chocolate/coffee. Pours a thick beige head as if hard-poured. Webby lacing. Delicious maple barrel taste. Amid the nose and flavor, there's no alcohol hint of the ABV. Simply delicious.

Pours a 1/4-inch beige head that quickly dissipates. Great coffee flavor. Creamy mouthfeel, but it's a little fumy.

Whoa! First time. Two sips in, and I can tell you this is delicious on the strong citrus side. Pours a pretty golden tangerine color and tastes the same. Says it ages well, but I don't think anyone knows. Who can let this sit? Drink now.

This has had a smoother finish in years past. But it's a fine finish of charred oak, strong roasted coffee with a coffee background. A review must say this needs finessing. As an imbiber, I'm happy. 🙃
