Mango Magnifico

Fruit Beer

Mango Magnifico is a high-gravity fruit beer brewed with mango and a touch of habaneros to add just the right amount of heat. The delicate flavors imparted by the sweet richness of the mango are punctuated perfectly by the subtle heat of the habaneros, proving that fruit beers do not have to be one-note.

This was a interesting beer. Could really taste the heat/habanero pepper. It wasn’t hot to the tongue. Too much for me. Hints of mango. This was a one timer for me.

A bit sweet but the heat from the habaneros helps balance it out.

I don't do fruit beers but this is good. Smells so pretty. Taste is yep mango with a subtle heat. That Abv is buried. Not sour and that's a plus.

Some capsaicin heat, balanced with overripe mango, caramel, brown sugar.

Cool bar! Good music (Townes Van Zandt now) and there's a Rush pinball machine? This beer is super sweet and lacking much of a habanero presence.

I added some extra habanero flakes to give it more kick. It’s delicious. Can’t tell it’s 10%.

This grew on me… fragrant mango aroma, slight sweetness, touch of pepper heat… didn’t expect to be a fan but well done.

Is it mango or is it apricot? Interesting flavors. Fruity with a bit of spice.

Fruity and light. Spicy aftertaste. Like a jazz rendition of a Metallica song.

Mild mango…leads to habanero and a little sweetness before the heat tingles.

Woah. Was NOT expecting that heat. Heck, I didn’t even know this was a fruit beer. 😅 Perfect sippin’ brew for a backyard bonfire. 🔥

Perfect for me, a little spice but not to over powering. Balanced well with the Mango sweetness

Outstanding beer from Founders Brewing — tons of mango flavor with a lingering spicy pepper aftertaste — one of the most unique and interesting beers I have ever had…

Mango on the nose. Mango, sweet, very bitter like a barley wine, heat comes through as it warms up.

Can you say agave? I tried to like it, first beer, last/shower beer. Either way, the agave was so overpowering I could not enjoy it. If you want to drink a syrupy beer then go for it. with a little more habanero it might be more than almost tolerable.

After another it's just become sickening. Rarely will I pour beer out but the thickness and sweetness of this beer was not it. Could be fine maybe, but certainly not my cup of tea.
