Light heat. I would like more but, then, I am not the brewmaster. I have had a number of heat based brews and had big hopes that a cayenne/chocolate marriage would manifest in more notable chile notes. Still A nice stout.

I bought a 4 pack of this some time ago, and I've been slowly working through it.I'm not a fan.It rings true to what it says, it's spicy and sweet with chocolate and quite strong and smooth,but I feel like trash after drinking one, the spice is a bit much

Heavy? Sweet chocolate which is nice. The peppery burn on tongue and back of throat is mild at first then intensifies a little more is off putting.
